Our Story
Two Boise Favorites, One Neighborhood Shack
Lost Shack was created as a collaboration between Lost Grove Brewing and Sushi Shack, bringing a local brewery and a popular Boise food-truck concept together under one roof. The idea was simple: keep the sushi menu focused, expand the food-truck favorites, and pair them with a strong local beverage program.
Located in Harris Ranch, the restaurant became a casual East Boise destination for sushi, poke, pints and relaxed lunches or dinners with friends and family.
