Lost Grove Brewing + Sushi Shack

Lost Shack is a collaboration between Lost Grove Brewing and Sushi Shack to bring craft beer and quality sushi to Harris Ranch.

Beer - Opening in the Fall of 2017, Lost Grove Brewing has been creating delicious craft beer while continuing to make a positive impact in the community. From sourcing ingredients, all the way to the tap, Lost Grove aims to reduce waste, buy local and use the brand for good.

Sushi - Getting their start through private catering events in 2016 and expanding to a food truck the next year, Sushi Shack is known for supplying the Treasure Valley with phenomenal sushi. With 15 years of experience, the head chef combines authentic sushi classics with a contemporary twist.
